JANIS G. BLACK, D.O. Dr. Black is a Board Certified Osteopathic Family Physician who received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Medical Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an Internship at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida and a Family Practice Residency at Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
